Connect to dapps
To learn about dapps and how you can use them with Robinhood Wallet, check out What are dapps?
Connect to dapps (decentralized applications) through the web3 browser in your wallet or through WalletConnect.

You can also connect to dapps (decentralized applications) that support Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base networks through WalletConnect. You’ll need to use the dapp to set the network to Polygon or Ethereum before you can start interacting with it.
To connect to dapps through WalletConnect from your phone on iOS or Android:
To connect to dapps through WalletConnect on the web:
Only connect to dapps that you know and trust, and always pay close attention to the scope of permissions that you’re authorizing.
You can also find previously connected and trusted dapps in your wallet:
iOS or Android
After you connect, you can allow the dapp to trade on your behalf. You can also manage and disconnect from these dapps at any time by going to Dapp connections.
You can disconnect a dapp from your wallet through Dapp connections, but disconnecting only cancels permission for that dapp to view your public address, token balances, and other actions you may have permitted. When you revoke a token approval, that dapp will no longer have permission to view the contents of your wallet and can no longer perform blockchain transactions for you.

Android
It’s recommended to regularly check existing dapp permissions and token approvals to minimize risk of exposing your wallet to potential security breaches.
Transaction estimates show a preview of how your token balances may change after approving certain transactions. For your security, review these estimates to confirm you’re approving the intended message. If transaction estimates aren’t available, carefully review the contract details before signing a message as a safety precaution.
Keep in mind that transaction estimates are approximate and may differ from the final amounts.
Network fees aren't included in transaction estimates, but will always be displayed on the dapp message.
Dapp domains are verified by WalletConnect’s Verify API to help you make informed decisions to protect you from potential scams and harmful connections when interacting with dapps. When you connect to a dapp, you may see one of the following statuses on the dapp connection prompt.
Verified: The domain linked to this dapp has been verified as the registered domain of that dapp and hasn’t been flagged as suspicious.
Not verified: The domain linked to this dapp can’t be verified as the registered domain of that dapp, but hasn’t been flagged as suspicious.
Domain mismatch: The domain linked to this dapp doesn’t match the registered domain. The domain hasn’t been flagged as suspicious but could be a scam.
Threat: The domain linked to this dapp has been flagged as malicious by one or more security tools and is likely harmful. Continuing to interact with a dapp that has been flagged as a threat could lead to the loss of your crypto.
We recommend doing your own research and reviewing the advanced details of each prompt before interacting with dapps.
