How long do I have to file a dispute?
The length of time you have to file your dispute depends on the reason your dispute is being filed. You can dispute these types of transactions at any time:
To avoid being potentially responsible for an unauthorized transaction, you must file a dispute within 60 calendar days from when your monthly statement was made available that shows the disputed transaction.
Anything outside of the 60-day time frame can still be disputed but doesn’t qualify for temporary credit. These guidelines aren’t set by Robinhood, but by the card networks and the law.
