Stock market closures
Our offices will be closed for the following days that the US stock market is closed. However, we will remain open on the National Day of Mourning on Jan 9, 2025.
When the US market is closed: You can’t trade equities or options on these days. Crypto trading is still available 24/7.
When US banks are closed: Bank transfers and settlements may be delayed and cash accounts won’t have access to instant deposits when banks are closed.
With the exception of the National Day of Mourning, the other days listed above don’t count as stock or cash settlement days.
In addition to US stock market holidays (listed in the previous section), the following upcoming US bank holidays are:

Stock market trading will close at 1 PM ET (with extended-hours trading concluding at 3 PM ET) on the following upcoming US market half-days:
Historically, when a President of the United States passes away, the federal government declares a National Day of Mourning (NDOM) to mourn their death. The NDOM is typically the day of their funeral, which may cause government, bank, and market closures.
For the NDOM on January 9, the US stock markets are closed and some US banks may also be closed.
