Trusted contact
You can provide a trusted contact for us to reach out to for certain circumstances, like if we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, or to confirm your contact information or health status.
A trusted contact isn’t a beneficiary, and being named as a trusted contact doesn’t give that person access to your account. Collecting this information is for your protection and doesn't change your Robinhood experience.
You'll need to enter the following information about your trusted contact:
After you save a trusted contact , we may periodically check in with you to ask whether the individual listed we have is still up-to-date. You can update this information at any time.
By selecting a trusted contact, you’re authorizing Robinhood to contact that person. We may ask them about your account to address possible financial exploitation, confirm your contact information, health status, or the identity of any legal guardian, executor, trustee, or holder of a power of attorney.
