Why hasn't my crypto order filled?
A few reasons can cause your crypto order to not process or be filled. The following are the most common:
The crypto moved outside the market order collar. All market orders for crypto are placed as limit orders with a collar. If the price of the crypto moves outside the collar, your order will remain pending.
Your crypto limit order hasn’t reached its limit price. If the minimum price you’re willing to pay for a buy order or receive for a sell order hasn’t been met, your order will remain pending.
In some cases, pending limit orders may not always execute even if the limit order price is reached. This can happen if not enough order depth to support the limit price exists or a trading venue is unable to process your order. Check out Limit orders for more details.
Due to scheduled maintenance. You’ll be notified in your app about any scheduled maintenance outages and their estimated duration. If you can place orders to buy or sell crypto during the maintenance window, they won’t execute until after the maintenance is complete. Note that all pending orders will remain pending during maintenance.
