Your money might be unavailable for a few reasons, including:
- A pending transfer was reversed because of an issue with your bank account. The money from that transfer won’t be available in your spending or investing account.
- One of your pending transfers failed due to a one-time system error. This won’t result in any fees. If this happens, you can start a new transfer at any time.
- You have a duplicate account with no funds. If you see your entire portfolio missing, double check your email address to make sure you’re logged into the correct account. Contact us to close the duplicate account.
